1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Enid Smith Aesthetics LLC. They govern your use of the website at edstech.autos and your purchase of the professional services the studio offers.

By visiting the website, submitting an online inquiry, or booking and receiving a treatment, you accept these terms and agree to follow them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or request a service.

The studio developed this digital presence with the support of a professional developer named EnidSmith, but these terms govern the relationship between you and the studio itself, and not with any third party that helped build the site.

These terms work together with the Privacy Policy published on this site. Where the two documents speak to the same point, you should read both. The studio will send you any required notice about an update through a method it has on record for you.

2. Eligibility to Use the Service

To book a service online or receive a treatment, you should be at least eighteen years of age, or you must have a parent or legal guardian present and consenting on your behalf for every portion of the visit.

You confirm that the information you provide when booking, such as your name, telephone number, and email address, is accurate and current. Misleading contact details can delay important reminders, so we ask you to keep them honest and up to date.

The studio may decline a booking for reasons of safety, scheduling, or capacity. A refusal does not create an entitlement to treatment, and it is always a decision made in the interest of the client and of the practice.

3. Bookings and Appointments

An appointment can be reserved by telephone, by email, or through the forms and calendars available on the website. When a time is confirmed, it is held for you, and the studio sets aside the right staff and the right treatment room for your visit.

We encourage clients to book in advance, especially for bridal preparation programs and weekend slots that fill quickly. Each appointment is confirmed with a clear start time, and we ask that you arrive a few minutes early so the consultation can begin calmly.

Arriving for a visit does not by itself promise a treatment. The practitioner performs a short assessment first and may adjust the plan for safety reasons based on what is seen and what you describe during that conversation.

4. Consultations and Health Disclosure

Before treatment you will be asked open questions about your skin, your current routine, your medications, any allergies, any recent procedures, and whether you may be pregnant or nursing. These questions exist to protect you.

You agree to answer these questions truthfully and completely. Skin care products are active by nature, and hidden conditions can change how a product behaves on the skin. Withholding relevant information can turn a gentle treatment into a risk.

If anything about your health changes between one visit and the next, you should tell the practitioner before a new service begins. This includes a new prescription, a recent sunburn, a rash, an illness, a healing wound, or a change in your pregnancy status.

5. Prices and Payments

Treatment prices are shown in the price list that the studio shares with you at the time of booking and, where published, on the website. Prices include the service itself but do not automatically include retail products you choose to purchase separately.

We reserve the right to adjust prices from time to time. A price quoted when you book a session will be honoured for that session. Prices displayed on a package or on a dated menu are generally fixed for the calendar in which they appear.

Payment is due at the time of service, or in advance for certain series and bridal programs that require a deposit. We accept the payment methods that the studio lists at reception and online. A deposit paid to hold a slot is applied to the total cost of that booking.

Where a payment fails or is declined, we will contact you to arrange a secure alternative before the next appointment can be confirmed. Receipts are issued for every payment, and we encourage you to keep them with your own records so that both sides can check a figure quickly if a question ever appears on a statement.

6. Cancellations and No Shows

A treatment room kept empty for a missed booking is time that could have served another client in need of care. Because of that, we ask for kindness and a little notice.

You may cancel or move an appointment without penalty if you notify the studio at least twenty four hours before the scheduled start time. Notifying us sooner is always appreciated and helps us offer your slot to someone on our waiting list.

If you cancel within twenty four hours of the appointment, or if you do not arrive at all, we may apply a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the service price, and a deposit already paid may not be returned. We apply this policy fairly across all clients because it protects the whole practice.

7. Lateness and Rescheduling

A late arrival shortens the time available for your care. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to protect the clients who follow, while keeping the full price for the service as booked.

Where a lateness makes the full treatment impossible, we may suggest rescheduling your session to another day rather than rushing a service that needs calm, measured time.

Should the studio itself ever run late because of an emergency, we will keep you informed and will do our best to start your appointment as close to the scheduled time as possible, extending your courtesy where the schedule allows.

8. Client Conduct and Safety

We aim to keep the studio a calm, respectful, and professional space for every client and every member of the team. Harassing language, threatening behaviour, or disrespect toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

Anyone whose conduct makes the environment feel unsafe may be asked to leave and may be refused future bookings. We make this decision rarely and always with the safety and dignity of the whole room in mind.

We also ask that clients respect the treatment room by arriving clean, keeping valuables close, switch their phone to silent, and letting the practitioner know if anything about the treatment feels wrong at any moment.

Treatments involve touch, and they also involve choice. At any stage of a visit, if you want a pause, a lower pressure, a different product, or a shorter session, please say so plainly. A good result depends on a comfortable and freely given room, so your voice is always welcome in the conversation.

9. Expected Results and Realistic Care

Skin is living tissue, and it responds to care at its own pace. Results such as improved tone, reduced congestion, and a steadier glow usually appear gradually over a series of sessions rather than in a single appointment.

We describe what each treatment can reasonably offer, and we are honest when a concern sits outside the reach of topical skin care. We do not promise perfection, permanent removal of deep lines, or outcomes that skin science does not support.

Your commitment to the home routine we suggest plays a large part in the outcome. Where you follow the plan and still have a concern, please raise it with us so that we can adjust the approach rather than repeat a plan that is not serving you.

10. No Medical Advice

The information on this website and the content shared in a consultation is provided for general education and for aesthetic skin care. Nothing on these pages is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a physician or a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have undiagnosed pain, a changing mole, a persistent rash, a suspected infection, or any concern that may be medical rather than cosmetic, we will encourage you to see an appropriate medical provider before we schedule an aesthetic treatment.

We never diagnose or treat disease. Where a condition falls beyond the scope of a licensed aesthetic practice, the best care we can offer is a clear referral and honest guidance about who to contact next.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the text, the layout, the colour scheme, icons and graphics, branding, and the code that builds the pages, belongs to Enid Smith Aesthetics LLC or to its licensors, unless a clear credit states otherwise.

You may read and share pages of this site for personal, non commercial purposes, provided you keep the pages intact and do not suggest that the studio endorses you. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, reuse its distinctive design as your own, or sell any of its content without written permission.

The studio name and the treatment names used on the site are treated as trade identifiers of the practice. You agree not to use them in a way that misleads others about the origin of a product or service.

12. Acceptable Website Use

You agree to use the website lawfully and without disturbing its operation. This means you will not attempt to break into restricted areas, overload the servers, send malicious code, interfere with other visitors, or collect personal data from the site unfairly.

We make reasonable effort to keep the site available and accurate, but the internet is not without interruption. The studio does not guarantee that every page will be error free, available at every moment, or free from harmful software placed by others.

Online booking confirms your intent, and each booking is subject to the same cancellation and health rules described throughout these terms.

Please do not attempt to harvest email addresses or other personal details from the site, to impersonate a member of the public or of the practice, or to place on the site content that violates the rights of another person. We remove such misuse when we find it and may contact the responsible party or a provider for help stopping it.

13. Third Party Services and Links

The website may rely on trusted outside services for tasks such as secure booking, online payment, mapping, or analytics. Those services run under their own terms and privacy policies, which you should read when you use them.

We choose partners who take their own obligations seriously, but the studio is not responsible for a third party failure, an external page that changes without our knowledge, or a service that operates beyond our control.

Where you follow a link that leaves our site, the destination governs itself. Reach out to that provider directly for anything concerning its service, and tell us if a linked service makes you uncomfortable.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Enid Smith Aesthetics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that arise from your use of the website or from a treatment, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total responsibility for a single service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where a limit is not allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited, such as losses caused by our own negligence that cannot be excluded by statute.

Skin care carries genuine but manageable risk, and every client receives a consultation and aftercare guidance designed to keep that risk low. You agree to follow the aftercare advice you are given so that we can both protect the result.

Low redness, slight dryness, or a brief warmth after an active treatment is common and is usually part of the normal settling process we explain to you. If you ever see a reaction that feels unusual or severe, please telephone the studio promptly so that a trained ear can guide your next step rather than leaving you to guess.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and defend Enid Smith Aesthetics LLC, its team, owners, and service partners from any claim, loss, or expense that arises because you broke these terms, provided false health information at a consultation, misused the website, or harmed a third party while using the facilities.

This clause does not ask you to protect the studio against losses caused by the studio own fault. It applies only to losses that trace back to your own actions or to your failure to follow the rules set out here and on the treatment room wall.

16. Suspension and Termination

The studio may pause or end your access to online booking, or refuse a proposed appointment, where you break these terms, behave in a way that endangers others, or fail to settle amounts you owe after a reasonable reminder.

You may stop using the services at any time. If you hold a prepaid package and need to stop, please speak to us early so that we can fairly address any remaining balance under the cancellation rules described above.

Clauses that must survive the end of this agreement, such as those covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, remain in force after a booking relationship ends.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the state of Utah and by the applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be raised with the studio so that a friendly conversation can try to resolve it. Where an issue cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and each side agrees to that venue.

We hope most disagreements are settled with a single kind telephone call. Our address for any legal notice is Enid Smith Aesthetics LLC, 526 W 1720 N, Provo - 84604-2455, United States (US).

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect the law, the treatments we offer, or the tools we use. Any new version is posted on this page with the effective date shown at the top.

For significant changes, we will try to give you reasonable notice before the new version takes effect, so that you can review it and decide whether to continue with the service. Carrying on with a booking or a treatment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
